Totally all hotel personel were very kind and I shall appreciate their hospitality, specifically I shall thank the hotel manager Mr. Roberto Fontan and Ms. Beatriz Rodriguez in the restaurant. I hope to have a chance to stay at this hotel in the future.

If you want to be treated as a 5 star guest don’t think it more. Go To the Renaissance. Everyone starting from the bell boy (Kerbel) the front desk people the restaurant treat you as family and you think you are the only guest of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable excellent beds. If going to Caracas these is the place to stay. It’s location etc etc

酒店还行，就是厕所稍微陈旧一些。整体不错，早点正常。
